Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel or rearrange an appointment, I respectfully request that you give me 24 hours notice prior to the booked date and time. This will then allow me to offer the availability to other clients.

 

Failure to give the requested notice may result in a charge of up to 50% of the cost of your treatment.

 

In the event of a genuine emergency, please notify me at the earliest possible opportunity.
